Helios uses Claude by Anthropic to understand your questions and analyse your data. You'll need a separate Claude Pro subscription (€20/month) which you manage directly with Anthropic.

Is my data secure?
Yes. Helios uses read-only API connections — we never modify your source data. Each business gets its own isolated database, encrypted in transit and at rest. Your data is never used to train AI models.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses are fully set up within 1 day. Connecting each tool takes about 15 minutes. Our team handles the initial data sync and verification to make sure everything is accurate before you start asking questions.
What questions can I ask?
Anything about your business data. Revenue trends, customer retention, product performance, staff productivity, location comparisons, subscription churn. Ask the way you'd ask a data analyst.
How does the AI work?
Just type your question in plain language. Helios queries your live data and uses AI to generate the answer — with charts, tables, and context. You can use our chat app, or connect to Claude or ChatGPT if you already use them.
Can I connect more than 2 tools?
Yes. Each pricing tier includes a set number of connectors (2-3), and additional connectors are available as add-ons. Enterprise plans include unlimited connectors.
What languages do you support?
Helios supports questions and answers in English, Spanish, Catalan, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, and Dutch. The AI generates native responses, not translations.
